Fortis already invests meaningfully in its people. Our role is to support and elevate that program, not to suggest it is lacking.
Samantha and Jesse lead a HUB Employee Benefits team built around how Fortis already operates: data-driven, accountable, and long-term. They align plan design, funding strategy, network negotiations, and vendor partnerships with the way Fortis runs the rest of the business. Every decision is evaluated through the lens of workforce wellbeing, cost discipline, and the multi-state realities of an employer growing into Utah.
Their work bridges executive leadership with HR implementation. The objective is a benefits program that performs efficiently, supports an employee-owned workforce, and scales with Fortis's continued geographic and market expansion.
